For new service customers, we begin with an initial inspection to assess water condition, equipment performance, and any existing issues before starting ongoing maintenance.

Included Services for Weekly Pool Service
Every weekly visit includes the following core maintenance tasks to keep your pool clean, balanced, and swim-ready:
Chemical Testing Covers:
Our technicians log and monitor these readings during every visit to ensure your pool stays properly balanced. You’ll be notified if adjustments or repairs are recommended.
These readings help us make precise adjustments based on your pool’s current condition rather than over-treating or under-treating the water.
Service Duration:
Weekly visits typically last between 10 and 20 minutes, depending on the specific needs of your pool, its size, and current condition.
Important Note: Chlorine products and specialty chemicals are NOT included in the base service rate but will be added as needed at an additional cost.
Chemical Information
As of February 1st, 2021, chemicals are no longer included in the monthly service rate.
Chlorine Tablets: A 50 lb bucket of chlorine tablets is provided based on the current market rate and is dropped off at the customer’s house for exclusive use in their pool.
On average, a 50 lb bucket lasts 6 to 8 months for most pools. If chlorine tablets are unavailable at the property during service, we will drop off a new bucket.
This ensures consistent sanitation and avoids interruptions in your regular service schedule.
